Bio
As President of Impact Training & Development, Michael has over 20 years of actual corporate management experience in manufacturing management, operations management, and major account management including 13 years at Texas Instruments. He also has sixteen years of corporate training experience. He has conducted training programs with many fortune 500 companies, including international programs in Venezuela and Mexico. He has designed, developed, and delivered various training programs for such companies as Smith International, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Huntsman Chemicals, and FMC Technologies. Michael has empowered literally thousands of corporate professionals in their pursuit of creating high functioning teams.
Michael holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management and served as President for the local Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) in 2005. Michael is also a certified professional coach.
